In the air, every single detail counts: With its wealth of experience, PMG Precision Mechanics Group GmbH develops and manufactures highly complex precision components for the international aerospace industry. We also utilise potential synergies in the field of special reactive materials for the benefit of our clients - particularly with respect to the titanium alloys. From the inspection of incoming goods to the inspection of outgoing shipments, from managing our machinery up to and including the coordination of external partners - we keep track of all processes and always guarantee comprehensible, transparent documentation. Our own air-conditioned measurement lab offers a wide range of test methods for this purpose. All this with one goal in mind: Quality production that sets standards.
Planned right down to the last detail: At our CATVIA V5 work stations, we develop ultra-modern production strategies based on your data. Our area of specialisation also includes sophisticated free-form surfaces and extremely thin-walled aluminium components.
Determination of needs, selection of suppliers, supply chain management: We are capable of procuring and documenting all materials and services in accordance with standards.
Process work using CNC technology - our high-performance machinery with a wide range of CNC milling, machining and milling/machining centres guarantee that our components are manufactured in accordance with specifications. In cooperation with our long-time manufacturing partners, we are also capable of offering you 2D and 3D laser cutting, pipe processing, waterjet cutting, CNC swing folding and numerous other processing possibilities.
In cooperation with our partner Nehlsen-BWB Flugzeug-Galvanik Dresden, we offer you a wide range of mechanical, galvanic, chemical, anodic and organic treatment processes in accordance with aeronautic standards. Depending on your needs, our workpieces can be pre-treated with a variety of methods - among others, cleaning, deburring, slide grinding and blasting.
In our own liquid coating shop, we are capable of applying the full range of prime and top coats - even for larger components. For many years, we have cooperated with reliable suppliers for professional powder coating.
To verify and document defect-free processing, every component is inspected with 3D coordinate measurement machines to check for any discrepancies. We also have our own level III test personnel for destruction-free material testing based on the penetrant inspection method in accordance with DIN EN ISO 3452-1 and ASTM E 1417.
From labelling up to full installation of modules, whatever your needs may be, we're ready to meet them including on-time delivery to your location following our final outgoing test.
